Is EarnKaki free?

Yes. EarnKaki does not ask members to pay deposit or buy VIP packages.

When are rewards credited?

Rewards are credited after our survey partner verifies a completed survey and sends confirmation to our system.

Why was I disqualified from a survey?

Survey partners may disqualify users due to profile mismatch, quota full, inconsistent answers, duplicate participation, VPN/proxy usage, or quality checks.

How do withdrawals work?

Once your approved balance reaches S$10, you may request manual PayNow withdrawal. Requests are reviewed before payout.
